Multifunctional apartment house BAYA

Our company contributed to the successful implementation of the BAYA project (the original SAIDA project, which was rebranded to the BAYA), located on Bajkalská Street in Bratislava. Within the project we provided complete engineering activities for the permitting of the construction. The BAYA project represents a modern solution that contributes to the improvement of the urban environment and infrastructure of the area. We are proud that our expertise on it enabled the permitting process to run smoothly.
